Thank you for your interest in registering for our Glencoe Youth Flag Football Program!

Before you begin please make sure you are registering for the correct league. This football registration is for the Tualatin Valley Football League (TVYFL) in Oregon for the Glencoe Youth Football Program (GYF). 

This registration is for students in grades K-6th.

Please note the registration link for 3/4  and 5/6 flag is also the SAME link for our tackle teams.

Flag football registration does NOT need to provide a proof of residency, that requirement is for Tackle Player Registration only. 

REGISTRATION COST:

K-2nd: $90 for Flag Football Registration and $50 for Flag Volunteer Fee**
3rd-6th: $110 for Flag Football Registration and $100 for Flag Volunteer Fee**

Before you begin the registration process please contact our interim Registrar, Kim Wenger to request a code. This code will waive one Flag Player's Volunteer Fee. 

families registering two flag players will only need to pay for only one (1) Volunteer Fee per family. 
 

Reminder as you volunteer this football season, Flag Families need a total minimum requirement of six (6) volunteer hours.

These hours can be accumulated throughout the entire football season now till October. 

Background checks & sign ups are required and needed prior to volunteering. Families who have contributed at least 6 hours of volunteering during our flag, tackle or fundraising events will be reimbursed for the full Volunteer Fee at the end of the season.

Volunteer hours will be verified by our Volunteer Director.  For more info on volunteering or to check your hours during the season, please contact Volunteer Director Rachel Townsend. 

Opportunities to volunteer now before Game Days begin:

• Equipment Inventory May 5th @  Hare Field, (9am-12pm)
• Join one of our committees for Golf Tournament now till Sept 5th

PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR REQUESTING A CODE:

1) Email our Registrar Kim Wenger at (registrar@glencoeyouthfootball.com)

2) Email Subject needs to include :

- Player's First/Last Name
- 2024 Fall Grade Level (please double check you are registering for the correct grade level they will be during football season)
- List the program you are registering for Tackle / Flag

FLAG PAYMENT OPTIONS:

1. Pay in full or 
2. Choose payment plan.
   -Pay flag fees in three (3) payments. One third of your total is due on the day of registration.
   -Payment transactions will be automatically deducted on the 1st of the month 
3. You will only have payment plan options if you register early
   
   **Note: there is a processing fee per payment transaction.

REGISTRATION DEADLINES:

• Flag Registration for 3/4  and 5/6 grades closes on 7/16
• Flag Registration for K-2nd grade closes on 8/5
  
  ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE BY 8/1/24 OR YOUR REGISTRATION WILL BE CANCELLED.
   

PLACEMENT REQUESTS:

You may put in a request for placement with a specific child and or coach. All efforts will be made to facilitate this request, but cannot be guaranteed. Please email requests to our interim registrar, Kim Wenger.  

CHANGES FOR 2023 REGISTRATION:

**THERE WILL BE NO WAITLISTS**

We encourage families to register their child as soon as possible. Waiting to register later may not guarantee a spot on the team. If we do not meet the minimum requirements, we will have to go by time of registration sign up and refund fees. 

Once registration has closed we can determine how many teams we have and if we are over the player count for a team, the latest to register will be cancelled and refunded all their fees.
