Thank you for your interest in registering for our Glencoe Youth Flag Football Program!

Before you begin please make sure you are registering for the correct league. This football registration is for the Tualatin Valley Football League (TVYFL) in Oregon for the Glencoe Youth Football Program (GYF). 

This registration is for students in grades K-4th.

Please note the registration link for 3/4 flag is also the SAME link for our tackle teams.

Flag football registration does NOT need to provide a proof of residency, that requirement is for Tackle Player Registration only. 

REGISTRATION COST:

$85 for Flag Football Registration and $50 for Flag Volunteer Fee**

FLAG PAYMENT OPTIONS:
 

1. Pay in full or 
2. Choose payment plan.
   -Pay flag fees in two (2) payments. Half your total is due on the day of registration & the final payment due the following month.
   -Final payment transaction will be automatically deducted on the 1st of the month  
   
   **Note: there is a processing fee per payment transaction.

REGISTRATION DEADLINES:

• Flag Registration for 3/4 grade closes on 7/16
• Flag Registration for K-2nd grade closes on 8/13
  
  ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE BY 8/1/23 OR YOUR REGISTRATION WILL BE CANCELLED.
   

PLACEMENT REQUESTS:

You may put in a request for placement with a specific child and or coach. All efforts will be made to facilitate this request, but cannot be guaranteed. Please email requests to our registrar, Angela Finegan.  

CHANGES FOR 2023 REGISTRATION:

**THERE WILL BE NO WAITLISTS**

We encourage families to register their child as soon as possible. Waiting to register later may not guarantee a spot on the team. If we do not meet the minimum requirements, we will have to go by time of registration sign up and refund fees. 

Once registration has closed we can determine how many teams we have and if we are over the player count for a team, the latest to register will be cancelled and refunded all their fees. 

PROOF OF RESIDENCY

You must reside within the Glencoe High School feeder boundaries or be a current student at Evergreen, Free Orchard, Jackson, Lincoln Street, McKinney, North Plains or Patterson in order to compete for Glencoe Youth Football.

If any student wishes to participate for a TVYFL Member other than where the student resides the student shall be required to have a waiver. The waiver is within the sole discretion of the presidents of the two Members at issue and must be signed by the president of the Member where the student resides and the president of the Member where the student would like to participate. Inter-association waivers must be fully completed and approved. The association president seeking the waiver must notify the granting president no later than July 1st. For players signing up after July 1st the president shall have 72 hours to notify the granting president.

Students attending private school during the Leagues season or students who have an approved public school intra or inter-district transfer may choose the Member that provides the most convenience in consideration of travel and family arrangements. The Student may play in either the Member in which boundaries the student resides or the Member the school street address is in, without any waiver. If the student desires to play in any other Member than as specified here a waiver is required.
