Flag football registration does NOT need to provide a proof of residency, that requirement is for Tackle Player Registration only. 

COST:

Kinder-2nd Grade
 

Registration Fee : $95

(K-2nd) Volunteer Fee : $100 ** 

Required K-2nd Volunteer Hours : six (6) hours minimum

3rd-6th Grade
 

Registration Fee : $115

(3rd-6th) Volunteer Fee : $150 **

Required 3rd-6th Volunteer Hours : eight (8) hours minimum 

**Fundraising is optional to help offset the cost of registration & volunteer reimbursement available to those who qualify.

Register early to ensure your team spot! This also gives you time to utilize our payment plans, apply for 3rd party assistance or the HSD sponsored grant.
 

FLAG PAYMENT OPTIONS:

1. Pay in full or 
2. Choose payment plan.
   -Pay flag fees in three (3) payments. One third of your total is due on the day of registration.
   -Payment transactions will be automatically deducted on the 1st of the month 
3. You will only have payment plan options if you register early
   
   **Note: there is a processing fee per payment transaction.
    

2025 flag DEADLINES:

• July 16th = Flag Registration Closes for 3rd-6th grade
   
• August 4th = Flag Registration Closes for K-2nd grade
  
  ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE BY 8/1/25 OR YOUR REGISTRATION WILL BE CANCELLED.
   

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:

• OSAA Physical Examination Form

- This form must be physically signed by a doctor or nurse practitioner. NO stamp signatures. This is the only form we can accept for TVYFL.
- The physical exam date will need to cover for the entire football season period
- Physical exams are valid for two years from the exam date.
- All players must turn this form in before they can participate or receive their gear.
- This form can either be uploaded during the online registration process OR submitted at Equipment Handout to in order to receive their gear.

If you are registering two flag players or multiple players please contact GYF Registrar, Herbrecia Willams-Price to request a discount code. This code will waive one (1) volunteer fee. 

FAMILIES REGISTERING MULTIPLE PLAYERS WILL ONLY NEED TO PAY FOR ONLY ONE (1) VOLUNTEER FEE PER FAMILY HOUSEHOLD.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR REQUESTING A CODE:

1. Email our GYF Registrar here
2. Subject needs to include the following:
   - Player's First/Last Name
   - 2025 Fall Grade Level (please double check you are registering for the correct grade level they will be during football season.
   - List the program you are registering for Tackle / Flag

PLACEMENT REQUESTS:

You may put in a request for placement with a specific child and or coach. All efforts will be made to facilitate this request, but cannot be guaranteed. Please email requests to our GYF Registrar here.

**THERE WILL BE NO WAITLISTS**

We encourage families to register their child as soon as possible. Waiting to register later may not guarantee a spot on the team. If we do not meet the minimum requirements, we will have to go by time of registration sign up and refund fees. 

Once registration has closed we can determine how many teams we have and if we are over the player count for a team, the latest to register will be cancelled and refunded all their fees.
