Registration

Registration Fees for 2019

Glencoe Youth Football has established the following fees for 2019:

Flag Football: $60 per player
There is no payment plan or discount for flag football.

Tackle Football (3rd through 8th grade): $265
There is a $25 discount if you register between April 1 through May 31.  At 12:01 a.m. on June 1, the registration fee will bounce back to $265. 

Fee Reimbursement Option (Tackle Only)
There is an opportunity for you to raise funds to earn up to $200 ($100 if there is a family discount already applied) to help offset the tackle registration fee.  More information will be provided over the summer.

Family Discount (Tackle Only)
If you are registering more than one tackle player in your family, you will receive a $100 discount on the 2nd, 3rd or more players for those in 3rd-8th grade. In order for the registration system to recognize that you are registering multiple players, please register all of your players at the same time.  On the Review Page, there is a link near the bottom to "Register Another Player" - please click on this link to ensure that all of your players are registered within the same order.   You will forfeit the discount if you do not follow this process.

Payment Options (Tackle Only)
Payment for flag football will be expected in full at the time of registration.    You will have the option to pay in full for tackle football or via payment plan.  The initial payment ($165) will be paid the day you register your child and then the program will deduct the remaining payments on June 30 ($50) and July 31 ($50).  You can make a payment via credit card or through your checking account.  The remaining payment will be taken from the original form of payment unless you change it prior to June 30 or July 31.  NOTE: There is a $2 per payment  processing fee when you select the payment plan.

Refunds
Tackle:

  • 4/1-5/31: All fees, less $25 per registration
  • 6/1-8/31: 1/2 of all fees
  • 9/1 and after: No refund
Flag:
  • 4/1-8/31: All fees, less $25 per registration
  • 9/1 and after: No refund

Proof of Residency

You must reside within the Glencoe High School feeder boundaries or be a current student at Evergreen, Free Orchard, Jackson, Lincoln Street, McKinney, North Plains or Patterson (via approved intra-Hillsboro SD transfer) in order to compete for Glencoe Youth Football.

If any student wishes to participate for a TVYFL Member other than where the student resides the student shall be required to have a waiver. The waiver is within the sole discretion of the presidents of the two Members at issue and must be signed by the president of the Member where the student resides and the president of the Member where the student would like to participate. Inter-association waivers must be fully completed and approved. The association president seeking the waiver must notify the granting president no later than July 1st. For players signing up after July 1st the president shall have 72 hours to notify the granting president.

Students attending private school during the Leagues season or students who have an approved public school intra or inter-district transfer may choose the Member that provides the most convenience in consideration of travel and family arrangements. The Student may play in either the Member in which boundaries the student resides or the Member the school street address is in, without any waiver. If the student desires to play in any other Member than as specified here a waiver is required.

Flag

  • 4/1 through 8/31:  All fees, less the $25 administrative fee
  • 9/1 and after:  No refund
    • This includes season ending situations like injuries, expulsions, etc.

Tackle

  • 4/1 through 5/31:  All fees, less the $25 administrative fee
  • 6/1 through 8/31: 1/2 of all fees, less $25 administrative fee
  • 9/1 and after:  No refund
    • This includes season ending situations like injuries, expulsions, etc.
       

Waitlists

Due to team size restrictions, we have instituted waitlists.  Once a grade level reaches the team size limit, all new registrations are placed on a waitlist.  Only if there are enough registrations to form an additional team will the waitlist registrants be placed on a team.  Therefore, we encourage you to register early to guarantee a team placement.

PRIVACY POLICY

Glencoe Youth Football only collects personal information when you request our services and only uses the information collected to provide those services for you. If you choose to make a purchase, you will be asked to provide contact information (such as your name and shipping address) and financial information (such as your credit card number and expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to process your order. Glencoe Youth Football handles all of this data with the utmost confidentiality.

THIRD PARTIES

Any personal information provided will not be traded, rented, sold or otherwise shared with anyone outside of Glencoe Youth Football, or used for reasons beyond those contemplated in this statement. From time to time, we may engage third parties to process your information on our behalf; however, none of Glencoe Youth Football affiliates (such as our credit card company) have permission to retain, share, store or use personal information for any reason other than providing the requested service.

SECURITY

To prevent unauthorized access, disclosure and improper use of your information, we have established appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial safeguards to protect the information we collect in accordance with our privacy policy.
